I love following a journey, simply because I have a curious nature. I am incredibly inquisitive and I as much as I like to imagine how people end up after I’ve met them, it is 100 times more satisfying actually knowing. This is partly why I do newborn shoots. It sometime gives me the opportunity to see how my wedding couples end up and what their families become.

I shot their wedding back in 2014 and I got quite excited when Bronwyn asked me to come take photos of her little baby girl who was exactly a month old on the day of our shoot! Her and Klaas are definitely a gentle parental pair. Klaas is a mammoth of a man both in stature and nature but somehow is butter in the presence of his little girl. Even if she does have a little accident is his arms.

They seem to make excellent parents and Kaitlyn definitely has a bright future ahead of her. Here’s wishing Bronwyn and Klass a lifetime of sleepless nights and happy hearts.
